SKILL – Cleans

STRENGTH – Power Clean

3-3-3-3-3 (pause 2 seconds at the knee on each rep)

METCON – 4 400 meter burden runs (rest 30 seconds between) – you choose what to carry.  It can be a slam ball/wall ball/bumper plate.

-Rest 2 mins then,

Max Front squats in 4 mins

*Must come from the floor

L1: 165/115, 45/25

L2: 135/95, 30/20

L3: 115/85, 25/15

L4: 800m run, Goblet Squats

*Score= Mile Run Time + Total Front Squats
