Back Squat 
6 sets of 5/3/2 @ 60% 1RM 
Complete 5 reps, rest 10 sec, complete 3 reps, rest 10 sec, complete 2 reps. Rest 2 minutes between each set.

5 Front rack lunges
5 Push presses
Use an empty bar for weight
