Teams of 2 complete for time:

  • 400 m Run (Together)
  • 100 Deadlift (135/95)
  • 50 T2B
  • 100m OH Walking Lunge (30/20)
  • 50 kcal Row
  • 100 Medball Clean (30/20)
  • 400 m Run (Together)

One partner works at a time except for the run segments. Both partners must complete an equal number of reps for each movement, but can break up the reps however they want.
