AMRAP in 20 m:

  • 10 Wallball (30/20)
  • 10 Ball slam (30/20)
  • 10 Leg raise
  • 10 Box Jump (24/20)
  • 10 Pullup
  • 10 Ring Dip
  • 10 c Row

Teammates alternate each exercise. Partner A completes all Wallballs, Partner B completes all Ball slams, and so on.
