MS Walk

On March 21 of last year an amazing person walked into Southpoint CrossFit.  She is funny, kind, and has an amazing ability to make everyone around her feel welcome.  There is no way you can feel anything but absolute love for her.  She was experiencing vertigo when we met but was not diagnosed with MS until a bit later.  I signed up to walk 50 miles and to try to raise any money I could because I adore her and I can not think of anyone less deserving of any misfortune.

Multiple sclerosis impacts members of the Southpoint CrossFit community in very real ways. People with MS are our members, our friends, our moms, our dads, our aunts and uncles and our co-workers. As members of SPCF, we wanted to do something to help make lives better for those living with MS. That’s why we came together to form Team Southpoint CrossFit to participate in the Challenge Walk MS event in Savannah, GA February 26-28, 2016.

We know that ending MS forever is going to take all of us. That’s why our team will spend three days walking 50 miles to help get us closer to a world free of MS. Our team has committed to raising $10,000 toward ensuring that MS becomes a thing of the past sooner rather than later.

You can help us end MS forever. Together we are stronger.
