In teams of 2:

30 min AMRAP

50 weighted Sit-ups (Sitting toe to toe alternate performing sit-ups by passing the slam ball)

Run 400 Meters together while one partner is holding the slam ball

50 Wall Balls (Alternate any way you like)

Run 400 Meters together while one partner is holding the slam ball

50 Dynamic Push-ups using the slam ball (alternate anyway you like)

Run 400 Meters together while one partner is holding the slam ball

50 weighted step ups in a seesaw style

Run 400 Meters together while one partner is holding the slam ball

 

You may also do 16.4 if you like.
