Partner AMRAP in 30 m:

  • 20 Wallball
  • 20 KB Swing
  • 20 Situp
  • 20 Jumping Lunge (alternating leg)
  • 20 Pullup
  • 20 Ring Dip
  • 20 Air squat

At 10:00 and 20:00 both teammates run 400m.

Teammates alternate each exercise. For example, Partner A completes all Wallballs, Partner B completes all KB Swings, and so on.
