SKILL – Hang Clean/Push Jerk

STRENGTH – Every 2 Minutes for 8 Rounds:

1 Hang Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push jerk

Weight should be around 75% of your 1 rep max clean and jerk.

METCON – For time:

40 Hang Cleans
40 Shoulder to Overhead

Every time you drop the bar, perform a burpee penalty.

Level 1 – 115/85, 5 Burpees
Level 2 – 95/65, 4 Burpees
Level 3 – 75/55, 3 Burpees
Level 4 – Dumbbell hang cleans/dumbbell shoulder to overhead
