SKILL – Handstand Pushups
STRENGTH – Deadlift
Every 90 seconds for 8 rounds
5 Touch and go deadlifts
Start at 60% and work up as long as you are comfortable.

METCON – 3 Rounds (3:00 work/2:00 rest)
Deadlifts
Burpees
As many pushups as possible in remaining time.

Level 1 – 20 Deadlifts (225/155), 15 Burpees over bar, Handstand Pushups
Level 2 – 15 Deadlifts (185/135), 10 Burpees, Hand release pushups
Level 3 – 15 Deadlifts (135/95), 10 Burpees, pushups
Level 4 – 20 KB Deadlifts, 10 Burpees, pushups
