Every 3 Minutes beginning at “go” run a 200 meter sprint.

Level 1 – 95/65, CTB

Level 2 – 95/65, regular pullups

Level 3 – 65/45, ring rows/assisted pullups

Level 4 – DB, ring rows (take reps to 5-8), may reduce run distance.
