Resting partner must be hanging from pullup rig for reps to count.

As many meters on Rower as possible.

Partner must be holding top of a deadlift (155/105) (135/95) (95/65) (KB) for reps to count.

As many Goblet Squats as possible.

Partner must hold top of a plank (scale up to handstand) for reps to count.

AMRAP in 8 Minutes:

AMRAP Burpees

Partner must hold the bottom of air squat for reps to count.
