Level 3 – Run 100 meters, Burpees (15), Double Unders (30 or 80 Single unders), Pushups, 75/55
Level 4 – Run 100 meters, Burpees (12), 50 Single Unders, Pushups or assisted pushups, Dumbbell STOH
