100 Calories on the Rower (if all the rowers are occupied, go to box jump overs and row after the 400 meter run)

100 Box Jump overs

Run 200 meters

100 Lunges (with bumper overhead)

Run 100 meters

L1- 155/105, Weighted Situps, 24/20, 45/25

L2 – 135/95, 24/20, 45/25

L3 – 95/65, 20/18, 25/15

L4 – Dumbbell Ground to overhead (double), 75 Calories on rower, 18/16, unweighted lunges, half the distance on runs
