With a Partner:

AMRAP in 18 Minutes

One partner works through while one partner holds a Kettlebell.  Switch as needed.

50 Wall Balls

40 Abmat Situps

30 Ground to Overhead (with Dumbbell)

20 Toes to Bar

10 Pushups (scale up to HSPU)

Rest

AMRAP in 9 Minutes (switch as needed)

12 Box Jumps

24 Front Squats

36 Double Unders

Rest

Each partner rows 500 meters as fast as possible – relay style (class will stagger as needed)
