Even min: 100m Run (optional sub 10/8 cal assault bike) –

Take 3-mins to find a HEAVY 2-Rep Thruster

*Score=2RM Thruster

L1:  135/95 (3 reps) + 3 Deficit HSPU

L2:   95/65 (5 reps) + 5 HSPU

L3:  75/55 (5 reps) + 4 Pushups

L4:  DB Thrusters (5) + 5 Scaled Pushups
