STRENGTH – Back Squat

Work up to a 5 rep max for the day.

METCON – For time: 15-12-9-6

Thrusters

In between rounds perform – 5 D-Ball over shoulder OR 15 SBs (3 sets)

L1: KB Thrusters (Blue/Red) 120/80

L2: 95/65, 3 reps at 120/80 or SBs 35/25

L3: 75/55, SBs 30/20

L4: DB Thrusters, 15 SBs 20/10
