SKILL – Handstands/Headstands

STRENGTH – Front Squat

Find a 1 rep max for the day.

METCON – AMRAP in 10 Minutes:

20 Lunges

10 Pushups

Run 200 meters

Level 1 – Single DB overhead lunge, Handstand Pushups

Level 2 – Double KB front rack lunge, Scaled HSPU or 20 Pushups.

Level 3 – Single KB/DB goblet lunge, regular or scaled pushups

Level 4 – Unweighted lunge, scaled pushups, Run 100 meters
