  2. Run 100 meters
  3. Bear Crawl down/Reverse Bear Crawl back

STRENGTH –

Deadlift

3 reps at 80%

2 reps at 85%

3×1 @ 95%

*8 SLOW good mornings b/w sets with an empty bar.

Death by weighted situps (hold a weight plate toward the ceiling)

Every minute Buy in: 5 burpees

*Time cap = 20 min

**When you fail, decrease your final made rep by 3 and continue until last athlete in class finishes

L1: 35/25

L2: 25/15

L3: 15/10

L4: 3 burpees, unweighted abmat situps
