8 Front Rack Lunges

6 Pushups

4 Pull-ups

2 Evil Wheels (same bar as front rack lunge)

Level 1 – 115/85, HSPU, CTB

Level 2 – 95/65, HSPU, regular Pullup

Level 3 – 65/45, Pushups, ring row

Level 4, DB Lunge, Scaled Pushups, Ring row, Leg raise
