SKILL – Power Clean

STRENGTH – Power Cleans – EMOM for 15 Minutes

*Try to add a total of 10 lbs each new minute

*Reset back to your starting weight after 5 rounds

*Perform 5 minutes, reset back to starting weight, 5 sets again-reset back to starting weight, 5 sets then done (15-mins)

-Run 200 meters

-9 Hang Power Clean

-6 Toes to Bar

L1: 155/105

L2: 115/85, Try to maintain unbroken reps

L3: 95/65, Knees up

L4: Med Ball Cleans, Ab-mat sit-ups, Run 100 meters
