METCON – 4 round (2:00 work/2:00 rest) (half the class can start immediately and half when that part of the class rests)

20 Calories Row (sub 15 Burpees)

10 Slam balls

Max Abmat situps in remaining time.

Level 1 – 35/25

Level 2 – 18 Calories, 30/20

Level 3 – 15 Calories, 25/15

Level 4 – 10 Calories, 20/10
