SKILL:  Snatch – Stringing Snatches together
STRENGTH – Snatch: 6 sets of 3 TNG Snatch Followed by 10 slam balls as fast as possible, rest 2-mins between sets
METCON: 75 Snatches
*If you drop the barbell, accumulate 30 seconds in a plank before beginning again
L1: 75/55, 1:00 in plank
L2: 65/45
L3: 55/45
L4: DB Snatch, plank with hand elevated
