As a member of Southpoint CrossFit we encourage you to attend any of our personalized small-group classes (CrossFit, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Mobility, Grappling and Self-defense). We are fully committed to providing you with excellent coaching, a welcoming and supportive community, and we believe the results will speak for themselves. The only thing we ask is for you to give it your all when you walk into the gym. This will not work if we want to see you reach your goals more than you do!

We offer one-on-one sessions for athletes who would like individualized training to achieve their goals. We offer single sessions ($75/hr), multi-session packages, and customized small-group sessions tailored for your group’s specific goals. Contact us to discuss options.
