SKILL – Cleans/Med Ball Clean

STRENGTH – Power Clean 2-2-2-2-2

Work for technique at around 75%.  If you are comfortable, make these touch and go.

METCON – 30 Power Cleans, then,

21-15-9

Wall Balls

KB Swings

L1 – 155/105, 20/14, 70/53

L2- 135/95, 20/14, 53/35

L3 – 75/55, 14/10, 44/25

L4 – Med Ball Cleans, 10/6, 35/18
