SKILL – Double Unders

STRENGTH – Bench Press

Work up to a 3 rep max for the day.

METCON – 3 Rounds (4:00 work/2:00 rest)

Run 400 meters

30 Double Unders

20 Slam Balls

AMRAP Air Squats in remaining time.

Level 1 – 50 Doubles, 35/25, Hold slam ball for squats

Level 2 – 30/20

Level 3 – Run 300 meters, 20 Double Under attempts or 50 Singles, 25/15

Level 4 – Run 200 meters, 30 Single Unders, 20/10
