With a Partner:

AMRAP in 8 Minutes:

Wall Balls

Every Minute on the Minute both partners complete 10 abmat situps together (scale to 6 Toes to Bar)

One person works on Wall Balls at a time.  Both do the abmats.

REST 3

AMRAP in 8 Minutes:

One partner will row as many calories as possible while the other holds a barbell overhead (L1- 95/65, L2 – 75/55, L3- 65/45, L4 Dumbbells).  Every time a partner drops the barbell, partners must switch.

REST 3

For time (with Time Cap of 25 Minutes) – split up reps any way

50 Shoulder to Overhead (L1- 95/65, L2 – 75/55, L3- 65/45, L4 Dumbbells)

Run 400 (both partners)

40 Power Cleans (L1- 115/85, L2 – 95/65, L3- 75/55, L4 Dumbbells)

Run 400 (both partners)

30 Front Squats (L1- 135/95, L2 – 115/85, L3- 95/65, L4 Dumbbells)

Run 400 (both partners)
