Telephone Monitoring

Part 1 – Divide in to groups of 2-4 and take turns Rowling.  On the rower, each person will try to hit 100 meters on the Rower.  Each meter under or over is your score.  Try for the lowest score in 5 rounds.

Part 2- Deadlift Skill and Warmup

Part 3 – Deadlift 4 sets of 4.  Work at 80%

Part 4 – With a partner, alternating rounds for 3 Rounds each (Deadlifts and Squats will be done at one side of the room and box jump overs on the other side.  Front rack carry KBs back and forth):

15 Double KB Deadlifts

25 foot Front Rack Carry

15 Box Step Ups with KBs

25 Foot Front Rack Carry

15 Goblet Squats

If there is an uneven number, just take equal rest to work time.

Level 1 – Blue/red KBs, 24/20, 2 KBs for the squats

Level 2 – Blue/red KBs, 24/20, 1 KB for squats

Level 3 – Green/Orange KBs, 20/16, 1 or 2 KBs for squats

Level 4 – Red/Yellow KBs, 18/12, 1 or 2 KBs for squats
