Part 1: Take 15-mins to find a Heavy 1 @ 5/12

then,

Part 2: Do 3×3 after decreasing to 83% of the above # @ 5/12

METCON – 10-min AMRAP

30 Double Unders

20 Air squats

10 Double KB/DB Overhead Lunge

L1: 50 Double Unders, 10 Pistols (in place of air squats), Blue/Red

L2: 30 DUs, 20 Air Squats, Green/Orange

L3: 15 attempts + 15 Singles, 20 Air squats, Red/Yellow

L4: 60 Singles, 15 Air squats, Unweighted lunges
