1 Front Squat

1 Squat Clean

For Time:  15-10-5

Squat Cleans

Pushups

L1: 165/115, HSPU
L2: 135/95,  Pushups with Handstand hold after completion
L3: 95/65, pushups
L4: DB cleans, scaled pushups
